Our insurance requires every guest to sign a liability waiver before coming onto the property. It takes about two minutes. Fill in the form below and the waiver comes to you by email and text to sign.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below and submit it.
  2. Your waiver arrives by email and text. Open the link in either one.
  3. Read it, initial each page, and sign. That is it.

If the email does not show up in a few minutes, check spam and junk. If it still is not there, call us at (573) 282-6203 and we will resend it.

Who has to sign

18 and overEvery guest signs their own.
Under 18A parent or legal guardian signs on their behalf.
No exceptionsGuests without a signed waiver cannot come onto the property.

If you are not comfortable signing it, call us right away and we will cancel your reservation and refund you in full. We would rather do that than have you show up and turn around.
