This policy covers sinkingcreekranch.com and the services we use to run the ranch. It applies to Sinking Creek Ranch, a DBA of M&G Ventures LLC, 1077 County Road 5615, Bunker, Missouri 63629.

Reservations run through ResNexus, our booking system. Booking gives us your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the dates and site you booked, and the number of people in your party. ResNexus handles the card payment. We never see or store your full card number.
The liability waiver collects your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and the names and dates of birth of any minors you are signing for. Signed waivers are kept because our insurance requires it.
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
Those sites decide what they pass to us, which is usually a name, a masked email address, and the reservation details. Their privacy policies govern what happens on their side, not this one.
Standard web analytics: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, and where you came from. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your reservation, your waiver, and occasionally about the ranch. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The site uses cookies to keep it working, to remember your preferences, and to measure traffic. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
You can opt out of interest based advertising through the DAA or the NAI, and out of Google Analytics with the opt out browser add on.
Reservation and payment records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Signed waivers are kept indefinitely, because a claim can be filed years after a visit and the waiver is the document that answers it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for a shorter period.

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. The one exception is the waiver, where a parent or guardian provides a minor's name and date of birth in order to sign on their behalf. If you believe a child has given us information any other way, contact us and we will remove it.
We use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced more visibly than that.
