Availability, rates and reservations all run through our booking engine, not through us. It is faster than waiting on a reply.

Check in from 3:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM. Self check in instructions come by email and text before you arrive, so you do not need to meet anyone. Early check in and late check out are sometimes possible, just ask.
Half the total is due when you book, and the rest is charged 7 days before you arrive. Cancel 14 or more days out and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel 7 to 13 days out and the deposit is kept. Inside 7 days, or a no show, the full amount is charged. Early departures are not refunded. You can add travel protection at checkout.
If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Hipcamp or another site, that site's cancellation policy applies instead of ours.
A bathhouse with two private showers and two private toilets, hot water, complimentary coffee, and shared seating. Firewood and ice for sale, delivered to your site if you want. Fire ring and picnic table at every site. Wi-Fi at the bathhouse, thin everywhere else.
Glamping tents come with real beds and bedding, heat and air, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a griddle and cookware, and a grill grate for the fire. RV sites are full hookup with water, electric and sewer, plus five dry sites and two dump stations.
Yes. ATVs, dirt bikes and side by sides under 50 inches are welcome on our private trails. Anything 50 inches and over is welcome in the open pasture and on the backroads.
Most of the property is unmarked, so bring GPS and tell someone your plan. Helmets are required for every rider, no exceptions. If you want to ride county roads or national forest trails you will need a permit, and the permit guide walks through which one.
Yes, and there are no breed restrictions. Keep them leashed in shared areas and quiet during quiet hours, and clean up after them. You are responsible for your animal.
Glamping tents carry a $25 pet fee per stay, not per night, for the extra cleaning a canvas tent needs. There is no pet fee on RV, dry or primitive sites.
Glamping tents fit whatever the tent sleeps, which is listed on each tent. RV, dry and primitive sites take up to 8 people. There is no per person charge up to those limits. Bigger groups are welcome, they just need more than one site, and we will put you next to each other.
With our prior approval only, handled case by case and confirmed by text or email. That goes for target shooting too. Call and ask before you book if either is part of your plan.
Yes. Every guest 18 and over, and a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. It is an insurance requirement and guests without one cannot come onto the property. Complete yours here.
