The $40 covers your rig, your whole group, your vehicles, and your dog. No per person charges, no second vehicle fee, no pet fee, no metered electric.

Half down when you book, the rest charged 7 days before you arrive. Cancel 14 or more days out and the deposit comes back in full. Full policy

Riding

Gear up and ride. No trailering out.

Unload at your pad and go. Our single track runs the timber and the creek crossings, and the national forest picks up where the property ends. Under 50 inches takes the tight stuff, anything wider has the pasture and the back roads.

Helmets required. Daylight riding only. Riders are responsible for their own ORV permits and for keeping speeds down around the sites, the tents, and the horses.

How the park is laid out.

One gravel drive in, one row of sites along the creek. Every pad is gravel with a fire ring. The only difference is whether it has hookups.

The bathhouse

The log cabin you pass on the way in. Private hot showers, flush toilets, coffee every morning, Starlink wifi, and a rope swing under the oak. Firewood and ice for sale inside.

Before You Haul In

Questions we get asked

Rig length

Pads run 65 to 90 feet by 12 feet wide. A 45 foot fifth wheel fits any pad with the truck parked separate.

Hookups

50 and 30 amp, water and sewer on sites 1 to 15. Sites 16 to 20 are gravel pads, with a dump station and fresh water on site.

Long stays

Applied at checkout, no code. Full hookup $225 a week, $600 a month. Dry $110 and $300.

Getting here

1077 County Road 5615, Bunker. Come in on Highway 72 or Highway 19. Do not use Highway A if you are pulling a trailer.
